Business Award Guide evaluates business award and recognition platforms. Every platform is scored against the same published rubric, using each provider's own fee schedules, eligibility rules, FAQ pages, and entry-kit documents. If a number changes on a provider's site, it changes here.
How the scores stay clean
Three rules govern every page on this site:
Scores follow published facts. Rankings are recalculated only when underlying published facts change.
No platform is disparaged. We describe fit, not weakness, beyond what a provider's own published terms state. A $500 judged competition with a six-month timeline isn't worse than a free same-day platform; it's built for a different buyer.
Every claim is sourced. Every scorecard lists the provider pages each figure was verified against, and the date we last checked.
How often we update
Every score is re-verified at minimum quarterly, and immediately whenever a platform publicly changes its pricing, deadlines, or eligibility rules. Last full site verification: August 2026. Found a number that's out of date? Tell us and it gets rechecked against the provider's live page.
